IS PUBLIC VIEWING AVAILABLE?
YES: Physical viewing of lots is available for all our public auctions at the associated salerooms. Lots are sold as seen, with no guarantees or warranties and can include used/second hand items, retail returns and seized assets.

WHERE DO LOTS COME FROM?
Lots originate from many sources including customer/retail returns, salvage, bankrupty, ex-display & repossessions; Via clients from high street retailers to Insolvency Practitioners & Receivers - NOTE: No lots at our public auctions are sold as being new, working, complete or fit for any purpose. All lots are strictly Sold as Seen with No warranties or guarantees.
DO YOU DELIVER GOODS?
NO: WE DO NOT DELIVER, SHIP OR STORE LOTS - Goods must be collected directly from the associated salerooms (weekdays only) by the deadline specified. If customers are unable to collect themselves, they can arrange their own courier (eg. Parcelforce, DHL, UPS). We can pack & weigh consignments at no extra cost, but only after full payment. Further details included with invoices emailed out at the end of an auction.
ARE THERE ADDITIONAL CHARGES?
YES: All bids placed are subject to the addition of both Buyers Premium (+20%) PLUS the further addition of VAT (+20%) incurred ON TOP of all lots / invoice totals unless otherwise stated (examples below);
Lots with VAT: Y - £100 bid + BP (£120) PLUS VAT on BP & Bid Total = £144 invoice
Lots with VAT: N - £100 bid + BP (£120) PLUS VAT on BP Only = £124 invoice
HOW CAN I PAY FOR LOTS?
Debit or Credit Cards at all our Salerooms by chip & pin or online (see below), also Bank Transfer – Cash is accepted at our Nottingham and Marchington salerooms only (No business or personal cheques Accepted)
ONLINE PAYMENT: An hour or so after an auction has ended, invoices will be emailed (pdf) along with your references. To pay online please log back into your account & click on ‘My Invoices’ on the top menu. Your bank may prompt you to verify details i.e. 3D secure.
VEHICLE REMOVALS,DEPOSITS, IDs
As required by the DVLA we need 2 x Forms of ID to release vehicles and transfer ownership and paperwork - 1 x Photo ID and a Utility Bill less than 3 months old.
For most vehicle auctions a £200 refundable deposit is required to secure bids. Deposits are not deducted from invoice totals but are refunded upon request or can be left on the account for future bidding. Strict payment & removal deadline by 4pm the day after a auction ends.
