IS PUBLIC VIEWING STILL AVAILABLE?
NO: Due to nationwide government regulations NO PUBLIC VIEWING will take place at any of our UK salerooms Catalogues will continue to be available online along with an increased number of lot photos

WHERE DO LOTS COME FROM?
Lots originate from many sources including overstocks, bankrupty, ex-display & repossessions; Via clients from high street retailers to Insolvency Practitioners & Receivers

DO YOU DELIVER GOODS?
YES: For our 'Delivery Only' Auctions - John Pye Auctions lots under a two person lift size will now be delivered by our deliver partner DPD to winning bidders (no onsite/in-person collections).

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL CHARGES?
YES: All bids placed are subject to the addition of both Buyers Premium (+22%) PLUS the further addition of VAT (+20%) incurred ON TOP of all lots / invoice totals unless otherwise stated (examples below);
Lots with VAT: Y - £100 bid + BP (£122) PLUS VAT on BP & Bid Total = £146.40 invoice
Lots with VAT: N - £100 bid + BP (£122) PLUS VAT on BP Only = £126.40 invoice

HOW CAN I PAY FOR LOTS?
All auction lot payments must be made securely ONLINE by card or bank transfer. We will NOT be accepting cash or card payments on-site/in-person.
Both the Cash Offices and Coffee lounges will remain closed at this time.

VEHICLE REMOVALS,DEPOSITS, IDs
As required by the DVLA we need 2 x Forms of ID to release vehicles and transfer ownership and paperwork - 1 x Photo ID and a Utility Bill less than 3 months old.
For most vehicle auctions a £200 refundable deposit is required to secure bids. Deposits are not deducted from invoice totals but are refunded upon request or can be left on the account for future bidding. Strict payment & removal deadline by 4pm the day after a auction ends.
